After creating a new hotmail account log onto xboxcom with these new credentials > (from here you can change your gamertag and gamerpic) then go to steam>steamapps>common>grand theft auto iv>gtaiv from here you must rename the file pauldll to pauldlldisabled then run grand theft auto iv and sign into windows live with your new hotmail. So i tried to continue creating my profile it starts hopefully with downloading the new profile, but then that screen just dissapears and i get an all black gta iv game screen what can i do now? obviously that games of windows live is the culprit again can i bypass that somehow? why doesn't gta just use the steam multiplayer features btw?.
